Manufacturer's Prorated 10-YEAR FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY on SOMINA DELUXE MATTRESSES
During the course of your ownership - parts, labour and materials that are deemed to be defective by the manufacturer will be replaced, based on the length of your ownership. These terms only apply to SOMINA Deluxe mattresses.
Manufacturer's 3-YEAR FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY on SOMINA Pillows
During the course of your ownership - defective parts, labour and materials will be replaced at no cost to you besides shipping. Due to sanitation laws, non-defective pillows can no longer be returned. Any pillow returned that is deemed not to be defective will be either destroyed or sent back to the customer at the owner's expense.
Terms of Warranties
1) Warranties only apply to original purchaser.
2) Warranty applies only if all original tags and seals are still in place.
3) This warranty is void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear, and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident and/or neglect; including burns, cuts, water damage, mould, stains, or is otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary. If a heating pad or electric blanket is used with a SOMINA mattress it will void this warranty.
4) Manufacturer, at its discretion, reserves the right to repair or replace only parts that are deemed unusable. It is understood that this does not include normal increase of softness in the foam which can occur during normal breaking in, or in the case of visco-elastic memory foam, a lessening of the gradual recovery aspect of the foam, of which such lessening, should it occur (1.9" for a 150 lb. person), does not reduce the continual pressure reducing and pressure relief properties of the mattress. Substitution or use of improper foundations, platforms or other bases upon which the mattress is placed, may result in damage to the product. Should an improper base be utilized by the consumer, causing the product to default, the warranty may be voided.
5) Transportation costs on warranted products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
6) Manufacturer reserves the right to refuse the repair or replacement of unsanitary products.
7) All service must be handled directly through the original dealer. If service cannot be affected through the dealer, then the purchaser can notify the manufacturer. The manufacturer must then by given a reasonable amount of time to remedy any defect and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange and pay all transportation costs to and from the manufacturer.
8) This warranty is applicable only in the United States of America and any and all warranties pertaining your SOMINA Mattress and/or foundation shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty. No other warranties are expressed of implied.
9) SOMINA Mattress warranty on mattress and/or foundation will apply only when the foundation is used on a frame or bed rail that provides rigid center support. While we do not specify which type of foundation should be used under your mattress, we will not accept a mattress that has been damaged by use of an improper foundation. An example of this would be a foundation with slats that are spaced far enough apart to allow the mattress to bend and sink between the slats.
10) A certain amount of cosmetic change will occur in foam over time. This is not considered a defect.
